To support the introduction work to the user, this release note offers new function information and trouble information.

Ver1.24a-b - 2009 Dec.

1811900	MELSEC Ethernet	Improved to be written only top of word tags using with Ver1.24.
1812001	MELSEC Ethernet	Improve to occur protocol error when accessing to A series or random access buffer.
1812002	MELSEC Ethernet	Improve to be not written upper 16 bits on poking to 32bit BCD type tag.
