Payment |
The payment of the commodity in this shop is only credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX/DINERS).
The postal transfer, the registered letter for sending money, and the bank transfer, etc. cannot be used.
After payment, mail that appends download URL and the content of the order of Sm@rtCert is sent from our company.
The customer can download the commodity by using Sm@rtCert.
Please note the following points when you use the credit card.

Card Number |
Please input not to make a mistake the number.
The hyphen space can be put between figures of four digits.
For instance, it becomes "1234-1234-1234-1234" or "1234123412341234".

Card Name |
In cards other than the name of the person in question, it is not possible to use it.
Please input it as described on the surface of the card. (example: "TARO TAKEBISHI")

Expiration date |
The expiration date of the card is written in order of "Month/year".
When the description of the card is "02/05", it is a meaning in year of month:"02", year:"2005".
For instance, it becomes "10/04" or "10/2004" when the expiration date is October, 2004.

Number of payments |
Only lump sum payment (payment once). Installments and the Ribo payment cannot be used.

Approval by card company |
When approval from the card company is not obtained, the following cause is thought.
- Input digit number shortage of card number and mistake
- Mistake of card name
- Cutting at expiration date and input mistake
- Excess of line of credit
Please inquire of the issue card company for the uncertainty after often confirming the card.

Dispute concerning payment |
When the dispute concerning the above-mentioned payment is caused between a customer and credit card companies concerned, it is assumed the one to solve this between a customer and credit card companies concerned.

Receipt |
Because the customer will be paid to credit card companies in the card payment, the receipt cannot be issued from our company. Please claim it to credit card companies when it is necessary.
After payment is completed, "Order Note" is issued from our company with mail.
